The artichokes are then boiled, dried and seasoned with extra virgin olive oil, garlic and oregano to be preserved even during the following months. Artichokes in oil are excellent to taste with some homemade bread, and are ideal as an appetizer, or to accompany tasty aperitifs together with our cured meats and cheeses. Try them and believe them.
