Mushrooms in extra virgin olive oil
Mushrooms in extra virgin olive oil are part of the Sicilian tradition of preserves. First the mushrooms are cleaned and selected; then they are boiled, dried and seasoned with extra virgin olive oil, garlic and oregano to be preserved even during the following months. Mushrooms in oil are excellent to taste with some homemade bread, and are ideal as an appetizer, or to accompany tasty aperitifs together with our cured meats and cheeses. Try it and believe it.
Mushrooms in extra virgin olive oil are naturally gluten-free and lactose-free. It is a product also suitable for vegetarian and vegan diets. Without colorants or preservatives. Store away from heat sources. Store in the refrigerator at +4 °C and consume within 7 days of opening the package.
