Product Details

Sweet stretched Bacon Pancetta is a tasty cured meat produced with the belly of our pigs. The pork belly is deprived of the rind, salted and seasoned with herbs and then placed between two wooden sticks and tied tightly with a thick-diameter string. It is then left to mature for about 2-3 months in refrigerators at controlled temperature and humidity.
