The Nostrano Salami is made only with the best cuts of pork from our farms. It is the classic salami to eat at the table with friends and family, to organize aperitifs or an Italian-style appetizer or alternatively for a quick lunch with homemade bread. The production process involves cutting the pork with a knife tip, then mincing it with a disk with large holes, to then be processed with the addition of salt and black pepper and herbs. Once the mixture is produced, it is stuffed into natural casing and left to mature for about a month in refrigerator cells at controlled temperature and humidity. Try it immediately in its most traditional version, pairing it with our cheeses from "Le Bontà di Villa Dafne" and with a good glass of red wine
