Sicilian Veal Rib is an ideal cut to grill. For true connoisseurs of the grill or barbecue. Our calves are born and raised in Sicily, in an area between the low Madonie and the Sicani Mountains between the municipalities of Alia, Castronovo di Sicilia and Valledolmo. Raised in full respect of animal welfare, their diet is based on hay, straw and cereals, so as to have tender meat with a uniform color. Our meats are also properly aged after slaughter in refrigerators at controlled temperature and humidity, so as to obtain maximum tenderness and melting.
