Sicilian Veal Fillet is an ideal cut for cooking in a pan, in the oven and without a doubt also for roasting. Tender and lean, but at the same time nutritious and rich in proteins, it is suitable for the diet of adults, but especially for that of your children. Our calves are born and raised in Sicily, in an area between the low Madonie and the Sicani Mountains between the municipalities of Alia, Castronovo di Sicilia and Valledolmo. Raised in full respect of animal welfare, their diet is based on hay, straw and cereals, so as to have tender meat with a uniform color. Furthermore, our meats are adequately aged after slaughter in refrigerator cells at controlled temperature and humidity, so as to obtain maximum tenderness and melting.
