The sicilian veal rib with bone is an ideal cut to grill. For true connoisseurs of the grill or barbecue. Medium, rare or well done, it doesn't matter... the important thing is that it is accompanied by an excellent full-bodied red wine. Our calves are born and raised in Sicily, in an area between the low Madonie and the Sicani Mountains between the municipalities of Alia, Castronovo di Sicilia and Valledolmo. Raised with full respect for animal welfare, their diet is based on hay, straw and cereals, so as to have tender meat with a uniform color. Furthermore, our meats are properly aged after slaughter in refrigerator cells at controlled temperature and humidity, so as to obtain maximum tenderness and melting.
